Cylinder Product Periodic inspection refers to the inspection and safety level rating carried out when the pressure vessel is shut down. Pressure vessels should generally be inspected for the first time within 3 years after commissioning. 1. The level of safety status is level 1 or 2, generally once every 6 years;
2. The level of security status is level 3, generally once every 3-6 years;
3. If the safety status level is 4, it shall be monitored and used. The inspection period shall be determined by the inspection agency, and the cumulative monitoring and usage time shall not exceed 3 years;
4. If the security status level is 5, the defect shall be dealt with, otherwise it shall not be used;
5. The assessment of the safety status of pressure vessels is carried out in accordance with the "Regulations for Periodic Inspection of Pressure Vessels". If it meets the specified conditions, the inspection period may be shortened or extended appropriately;
6. For pressure vessels using risk-based inspection (RBI) technology, the inspection period shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of 7.8.3 of this regulation.
